Complaints & Content Removal

SolidSoli.com accepts and reviews complaints about any content on this site that may be illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise in violation of our content standards. This page explains how to file a complaint, how it will be reviewed, the possible outcomes, and how to appeal a decision.

What you can report

Content you believe may be illegal (including but not limited to content involving minors, trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual conduct);
Content depicting you that was published without your consent, or for which you have withdrawn consent;
Content that infringes your intellectual property or other rights;
Content that violates our published standards, including content depicting non-consensual acts, animals, extreme violence, or harm.

How to submit a complaint or removal request

You can submit a complaint through either of the following channels:

Our own contact form; or
The CCBill complaints / takedown form: complaints / take-down request form.

Please include the following so we can respond as quickly as possible:

Your full name and a valid email address where we can reach you;
A clear description of the content (page URL, post title, or any identifying detail);
The reason for the request (illegal content, non-consent, IP infringement, policy violation, etc.);
If the request concerns your own image, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the person depicted (or are authorized to act for that person), and proof of identity if reasonably available;
Any other information that may help us evaluate the request.

Review process

All complaints received will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. Our review process is as follows:

Your complaint is acknowledged in writing within one (1) business day.
A reviewer evaluates the content, the complaint, any evidence you supplied, and any relevant records (including age and consent records).
If the complaint concerns suspected illegal content (such as content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or trafficking), the content is removed pending investigation and reported to appropriate authorities immediately, regardless of the five-day resolution window.
A written decision is sent to you explaining the outcome and the reason for the decision.

Potential outcomes

After reviewing a complaint, one or more of the following actions may be taken:

Content removed. The reported content is permanently removed from the site.
Content restricted. The reported content is restricted, taken offline pending further investigation, or hidden from public access.
Account action. The account responsible for the content may be warned, suspended, or permanently terminated.
Reported to authorities. Where content is suspected of being illegal, the matter is reported to the relevant law enforcement agency (e.g., NCMEC for suspected child sexual abuse material) and we cooperate with any subsequent investigation.
No action. If, after review, the content is found not to violate our standards or applicable law, the complaint is dismissed with a written explanation. You may appeal.

Appeals

If you disagree with the outcome of your complaint, you may appeal by replying to our decision through the same channel you used to submit the original complaint. The appeal will be reviewed by a person other than the original decision-maker and a written response will be provided within five (5) business days of receiving the appeal. If there is continued disagreement, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral third party.

Custom content delivery commitment

Custom content (photo or video requests) accepted by you and paid for via credits will be delivered within seven (7) business days from the date of acceptance. If we are unable to fulfill a custom request within that window, the credits spent on the request will be refunded to your account.
