Welcome to SolidSoli. By creating an account or accessing this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access this site. By using SolidSoli, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing adult content is legal in your location.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to share your account, and you accept responsibility for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Membership & Payments

SolidSoli offers free and paid membership tiers, as well as credits for unlocking specific content. Payments are processed by our authorized payment partners: CCBill for credit-card payments, and NOWPayments for Bitcoin payments. Membership fees and credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Credit-card subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Bitcoin subscriptions are one-time payments that do not auto-renew; access expires on the date shown in your account, and we will email you before that date to remind you to renew if you choose. All purchases are final.

4. Content

All photos, videos, stories, podcasts, and other content on SolidSoli are owned by the creators or the site, and are licensed to you for personal, private viewing only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, screenshot, screen-record, repost, or share any content from the site without express written permission.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining credits or membership time, and legal action.

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse creators, staff, or other users

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt to bypass paywalls, tier restrictions, or access controls

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) on the site

  • Upload illegal content through custom requests or messaging features

6. Custom Requests

Custom content requests are subject to creator availability and discretion. Quoted prices are binding once accepted. Delivered custom content is subject to the same usage restrictions as all other site content.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters. We collect only the information needed to operate the site and process payments. We do not sell your data. For credit-card payments, CCBill billing descriptors appear on your statement as configured by them — enable Discreet Mode in settings to hide branding within the app. For Bitcoin payments, no card or bank statement entries are created on your end; we receive only the transaction details from our crypto processor. 8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of staff or creators. No refund is owed in cases of termination for cause.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will always be available. Creators may remove content at their discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, you will be prompted to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the site.
